Food is good. All staff are polite.
I write as a family member of a patient. I am also a retired director of nursing/director of operations in two large hospitals in the South of England. I am heartened by the superb care I have observed my aunt getting and that of other patients too, auntie has had excellent care and attention. Pressure care is amazing. Cleanliness of ward is outstanding. Nursing staff kind and welcoming.
My nun felt safe and secure, everyone is so kind bright and airy ward.
I like the food. More help to walk, helpful.
I have nothing to complain about.
Staff really good. Down side admitting patient at 11 pm. No hot food available Saturday night.
I am speaking as a family member whose mother has been in this ward previously and was less than impressed by the care she received.
On this visit I feel that a lot has changed for the better staff are more attentive and there is a better feel to the ward than before.
I feel that having a matron on site has improved the hospital overall problem hospital it once was.
I still am under the view that there is work still to do some lovely staff here.
